Book the FIR sauna for your own private use.
Service Description
Extend your practice with a quiet, private sauna session at Saints Green Place. Our indoor sauna sits beside the studio, offering a calm, uninterrupted space to warm the body, soften muscular tension and settle the nervous system after practice — or simply to pause and reset. Each booking is for private use (up to two people). Please bring your own towels. Sessions are limited each week to maintain a peaceful, unhurried atmosphere.
Cancellation Policy
Classes must be paid for in advance or cash at the start of class on the day. If you need to cancel or re-schedule, you may do so up to 24 hours before class start time. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Missed classes cannot be refunded or transferred.
