FIR Sauna session
Book the FIR sauna for your own private use.
Service Description
Extend your practice with a quiet, private sauna session at Saints Green Place. Our indoor sauna sits beside the studio, offering a calm, uninterrupted space to warm the body, soften muscular tension and settle the nervous system after practice — or simply to pause and reset. Each booking is for private use (up to two people). Please bring your own towel. Studio towels are available if needed. Sessions are limited each week to maintain a peaceful, unhurried atmosphere.
Cancellation Policy
Classes must be paid for in advance or cash at the start of class on the day. If you need to cancel or re-schedule, you may do so up to 24 hours before class start time. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Missed classes cannot be refunded or transferred.
