FIR Sauna session

Service Description

Extend your practice with a quiet, private sauna session at Saints Green Place. Our indoor sauna sits beside the studio, offering a calm, uninterrupted space to warm the body, soften muscular tension and settle the nervous system after practice — or simply to pause and reset. Each booking is for private use (up to two people). Please bring your own towels. Sessions are limited each week to maintain a peaceful, unhurried atmosphere. Your first session will need to be when Claire is available to take you through an initial induction so please wait for booking confirmation by Claire.
