Regular weekly classes 

Mon:      Hatha yoga 10-11am

              Iyengar yoga general  2-3.30pm

              Vinyasa yoga beginners 6-7pm

              Hatha yoga 7.30-8.30pm

Tues:     Gentle Hatha yoga 9.30-10.30am

              Hatha Yoga 6-7pm 

              Iyengar yoga Intermediate 11.30-1.30

              Pilates.       7.30-8.30pm

Weds:   Vinyasa yoga 6-7pm (tbc)


Thurs:  Iyengar yoga Beginners 1.30-3

             Iyengar yoga Beginners 6.30-8pm (from     September)


Sun:     Iyengar yoga beginners 10-11.30am

At weekends we host gong sound baths and longer workshops that can include, yoga and other holistic therapies.
