Our Clearlight Far Infrared sauna isn’t like other saunas. True Wave heaters eliminate EMF and ELF exposure for superior infrared heat.

Book a session after your class, As other students leave, the sauna will be heating up, you can hydrate after class,  take a shower then settle down in the privacy of the sauna. The studio door will be locked and no one will disturb you during your session. Afterwards, take a refreshing shower then you could add a beautiful walk along the Chelmer River afterwards for a totally indulgent half day treat.

For our regular students that pay for classes in termly blocks a discounted rate of £15 per session is available.  We want to support the students that support our business!

Meadow Massage.

​

Local massage therapists offer seasonal Meadow Massage treatments in our bell tent surrounded by the beautiful Essex countryside. If you are a qualified massage therapist that would like to hire the bell tent (including massage table, free parking and bathroom facilities) please get in touch 07770520666. The tent is available for hire on an hourly basis with a 3 hour minimum booking. 

The massage bed is topped with a Richway Biomat filled with amethyst crystals, emits Far Infrared light and negative ion technology. The mat can be heated for the ultimate relaxing massage experience.
