You can expect Iyengar Yoga to be very varied – with postures held for an emphasis on precise alignment and detail to develop strength, mobility, relaxation and stability.
Monday 2-3.30pm General Level (for those that have done at least a years Iyengar beginners classes). Taught by Stephannie Percy.
Tuesday 11.30-1.30 Intermediate Level (for those having done at least 3 years general level Iyengar classes). Taught by Claire Hanrahan.
Thursday 1.30-3 Beginners class. For those new to yoga or Iyengar yoga, whatever their ability. Taught by Claire Benbrook.
Thursday 6.30-8pm Beginners class, any ability, with Claire Benbrook.
Sunday 10-11.30 General level class (suitable for beginners) taught by Susan Holmes. For those new to yoga or Iyengar yoga, whatever their ability.
