Venue Hire Terms

1. Booking & Payment

​

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

 

Dates are secured upon receipt of payment.

 

Booking time includes set-up and pack-down. The studio must be vacated at the end of your allocated time.

 

Any additional time used beyond the booked period will be charged at the standard hourly rate.

 

 

 

 

2. Cancellations

 

Cancellations for any reason made more than 30 days before the booking date will receive a 50% refund.

 

Cancellations for any reason made within 30 days of the booking date are non-refundable.

 

Date transfers are not offered.

 

 

 

 

3. Use of the Studio

​

The studio is suitable for  a wide range of events from small-scale workshops, wellbeing events, business & professional gatherings and creative retreats and masterclasses and training sessions.

 

Events must align with the calm and respectful ethos of the space.

​

No under 16’s are permitted on site.

 

Smoking, vaping and alcohol are not permitted anywhere on the premises, including outdoor areas.

 

BBQs and fire pits are not permitted.

 

Saints Green Place reserves the right to decline bookings that are not considered suitable for the venue.

 

 

 

 

4. Care of the Space

​

Early access and late departure are not permitted unless agreed in advance.

 

The studio must be left as found.

 

All equipment and props must be returned neatly to their original place.

 

All rubbish must be removed at the end of the booking.

 

The hirer is responsible for the conduct of all participants and for any loss or damage to the studio or its contents. Any damage must be reported promptly and paid for in full.

 

A cleaning charge may be applied if the studio is not left in an appropriate condition.

5. Insurance

​

The hirer is responsible for holding appropriate public liability insurance for their event and participants.

6. Parking & Conduct

​

Parking guidance will be provided prior to the event. Hirers are responsible for ensuring their participants park considerately and respect neighbouring properties.
