Service Description
Discover full-body red light therapy in our purpose-built Oxydise bed at Saints Green Place. Lie back, relax and enjoy 15 minutes surrounded by red and near-infrared light, with LEDs positioned above and below your body for all-round exposure. Also known as photobiomodulation, red light therapy uses specific wavelengths of light that interact with cells in the body. Research suggests potential benefits for skin health, pain and exercise recovery and much more (results vary and the evidence is still developing). Unlike a traditional sunbed, our red light therapy bed does not use UV tanning light. What to expect Your appointment includes time to get comfortable, a 20-minute light session and a few minutes afterwards to get dressed. Simply close your eyes and switch off. Wellness without the woo. No miracle cures or exaggerated promises. Just a comfortable experience using carefully selected technology.
Cancellation Policy
Please see full Terms & Conditions but to summarise: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the booking date receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable. Date transfers are not offered. Booking time includes set-up and pack-down. Any additional time used will be charged at the standard hourly rate.
