Service Description

A monthly Friday morning class (11-1) with Claire Hanrahan, an Iyengar certified Level 3 teacher with 18 years teaching experience. These sessions are for anyone that wants to deepen their practice. We’ll be working on the level 2&3 syllabus. Next sessions… Jan 12th, Feb 9th, March 8th, April 19th, May 10th & June 14th. You should have at least 5 years regular practice of General level Iyengar classes, if in doubt of suitability please contact us before booking.
