Service Description

A monthly Friday morning class with Claire Hanrahan, an Iyengar certified Level 3 teacher with 18 years teaching experience. These sessions are for anyone that wants to deepen their practice. We’ll be working on the level 2&3 syllabus. Next sessions… Sept 8th, Oct 13th and Nov 3rd. You should have at least 5 years regular practice of General level Iyengar classes, if in doubt of suitability please contact us before booking.
