Service Description

A general mat Pilates class suitable for most people. The class will begin with some breathing and relaxation techniques and then move through a full body movement class. We’ll work through all plains of movement and working the body from top to toe and from the inside out! Modifications will be given throughout the class to allow you to work YOUR body.
