Cancellation Policy

Please see full Terms & Conditions but to summarise: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the booking date receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable. Date transfers are not offered. Booking time includes set-up and pack-down. Any additional time used will be charged at the standard hourly rate.
