Service Description
A slower paced gentle class to calm the nervous system. Suitable for all including those with limited mobility, recovering from illness or just feeling pooped! Level 1 syllabus taught by Claire Benbrook. This is not a therapy class. Cancellation Policy
Classes must be paid for in advance or cash at the start of class on the day. If you need to cancel or re-schedule, you may do so up to 24 hours before class start time. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Missed classes cannot be refunded or transferred.
